Depth psychology is an invitation to go beneath the surface — to explore the unconscious patterns, dreams, and hidden parts of yourself that quietly shape your life. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we work with what lives underneath them. This is slow, meaningful work. And for the right person, it can be transformative.

I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, lost their sense of self, or find themselves in the middle of a dark night of the soul — unsure of who they are or how they got here. My approach is depth-oriented, relational, and feminist. We may work with dreams, imagery, the wisdom of the body, and the parts of yourself that have gone quiet. I am trained in EMDR, somatic therapy, coherence therapy, and complex trauma. Above all, I am a guide — warm, grounded, and willing to sit with you in the dark. And ultimately, my deepest hope is that you leave with something more valuable than relief: your own inner guidance, steady and trustworthy, to carry with you.
