What is Depth Psychology?

Depth psychology focuses on exploring the unconscious aspects of the mind to understand and address underlying psychological issues. It delves into the deeper layers of the psyche, including dreams, emotions, and hidden patterns, to uncover the roots of emotional distress and facilitate personal growth. This approach emphasizes the importance of integrating these unconscious elements into conscious awareness, fostering healing and transformation.
